The Mirror of Erised is an RPG that revolves around the happiness and creativity of its members. As a forum site, I try to keep an open mind regarding all plots and possibilities. Every year the site undergoes a transformation of layout and plot, so as to keep members entertained and from being bored. Even thought the site, admittedly, takes place during a Harry Potter era, the plots are entirely based on the creativity and soul content of the writer. We more or less just borrow the setting that JK Rowling has so beautifully created. We by no means to infringe on her creation that is Harry Potter, but would rather like to thank her for what we all get to enjoy and now take part in.

Admin Severus Snape

Hello everyone! I am Admin of this website you see before you! For those of you that see Snape's face and wonder what I look like...I am actually a 20 year old girl with red hair. And eben though I pride myself on having the Snape attitude, I don't nearly have a deep enough voice to pull it off. Anyway, I have been admin of this site for the past couple of years and have been doing my best to keep it up and running while I am in college and work full time at a department store. Admittedly, you probably won't see much of me on the site, during the work week, but I do post promptly when I have threads. I am really looking forward to getting to write with ALL of my members on MoE, and if you have any questions feel free to PM me. I also have many other faces on this website, so if Snape is too intimidating, you can always PM at one of my other, more friendly, personas ;).

Hey guys! I'm Laura, and I'm co-Admin. Gabby and I have been inseparable RP-ers for nearly four years now! I am very willing to help if you have any questions about RP or the site in general. I'm 30 years old, but I've only been a writer for about five years, so I'm definitely still learning and exploring, but I love it. I've been married for nine years and I have three beautiful children, a girl and two boys. Please don't hesitate to approach me if you need help! My name is actually Abby, not Gareth, or any of my characters, lol. I have brown hair and eyes, and work for my local Burger King as a line lead. Yeah, don't ask what that is, because I'm not sure myself. One step down from management, I would guess. I can be a bit strict with character playbys (Celebrity Claims), but I'm usually friendly, and easy to get along with. I try to get on as much as I am able, given I have net issues where I work, and even some with the local library. I answer posts whenever I have the chance, because I detest being behind, if I can avoid it. :D
